   Assessment and Priorities for Health & Well-Being in Native Hawaiians & Other Pacific Peoples

The following report to community summarizes the strategic directions for the Community Outreach and Information Dissemination Core of the Hawai‘i EXPORT Center.

   Strategic Directions: 2004-2007

An online survey about Diabetes 101, a community health worker training, was recently conducted with the leadership contacts at 21 Ulu Network organizations.

   Diabetes 101 Evaluation Report

An evaluation of the “Diabetes 101” education program tailored for community health workers who serve Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Peoples. Since the program’s inception in 2004, the seminar has been taught 22 times, 17 times across the State of Hawai‘i and 5 times within the Continental U.S. reaching a total of 303 individuals.
